Compared to traditional hand held scanners, the HandScanner achieves a weight savings of up to 1.5 tons per shift.

The HandScanner allows workers to be faster, more efficient and improve the quality of their work. Users can easily pick up, carry, and interact with objects while wearing the HandScanner, avoiding the need to put down and pick up again the scanner, eliminating non-value additional steps. This leads to better scanning accuracy and a drastic reduction in errors.

FULL SHIFT AND FAST RECHARGE

A fully charged HandScanner battery can last almost two working shifts, running up to 15 hours and 10,000 scans. With a 2-slot charging station, the battery can be fully recharged in 2 hours.

The HandScanner instantly captures 1D/2D bar codes through a megapixel sensor and is available in two models: Standard Range – designed for close range scanning between 10 to 80 cm / 3.9 to 31.5 in used mostly in Manufacturing, Retail and Healthcare applications; or Mid Range – from 30 to 150 cm / 11.8 to 59 in which covers a wide variety of uses in Warehouses, Plant floors, Docks, and Stock yards.

FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE SOLUTION

The HandScanner can be paired with Datalogic’s mobile computers to provide workers with a full data collection solution suitable for any application. With LED indicators, acoustic and haptic feedbacks, the HandScanner can work in any kind of environment. The Hand trigger can be used with or without gloves and is available in different sizes, right or left hand, with an optimum fit due to the variable velcro fastener.
