DCI Scanning has been independently rated in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and has been considered a Level 2 Contributor & Value Added Supplier

In terms of the Code of Good practice gazetted on 09 February 2007, DCI Scanning qualifies as a “Qualifying Small Enterprise”. DCI Scanning has been rated as per various weightings attributed to various elements in the Qualifying Small Enterprises scorecard in Code 800, as per Codes published by the Department of Trade and Industry

DCI Scanning is committed to grow our Black Economy Empowerment policy within the company to meet with both labour laws and the expectations of our clients. 

The main purpose of BEE is to increase the number black people that manage, own and control the country’s economy and as a result, to reduce income inequalities and to contribute to economic transformation in South Africa. 

We are proud to state that seventy percent of our staff are from the previously disadvantaged community. Our staff has been uplifted from limited opportunity & chance to self sustained community family units. We have managed to give them the dignity they deserve, through work and effective ongoing training with the intention of management positions and continuous personal and professional growth.
